I ordered 1×10471, + 1xHS40-11 well after 11p.m.  from you. Received almost immediate e-mail acknowledgement.

These were for a friend who was in near despair at disintegrated top trolley webbing for her Powacaddy. She rang Powacaddy who said ‘seek a service agent’ .She tried one who ‘shunted’ her elsewhere, so she used a compromise/cumbersome rubber ‘spider’.

Thanks for your quick response regarding my little problem. The problem has now been resolved as there was indeed a slight melted fray issue with the end of the loom where the controller box connects too. It did take a while to find causing me an extra hours work but we got there in the end. Many Thanks again for your help & I have to say your parts are spot on & I will be using your services again.
