British made this replacement encoder assembly which is suitable for the Newer PowaKaddy Freeway without display and indicator lights (it has an oval central tube on the trolley - 2013 onwards).

If your trolley has the Green Chinese encoder which has orange sprung connectors, you cannot use this encoder without changing the controller.  The part number for the controller is GSP100622.
